I’m Gabe Elias - this is my personal website. I am the CEO of Material Hybrid Manufacturing. Originally from Miami, Florida, I am a 7-time, Formula One World Champion design engineer with Mercedes-AMG F1, and the winningest American in F1 history to date. I co-founded Material with Dr. Chris Reyes to actualize his research on the 3D printing of batteries, utilizing my experience in Formula 1 and Automotive design to develop applications to bring this powerful technology to market.
My automotive career allowed me to also play a pivotal role at Rivian, leading design efforts in mechanical design of low-voltage electronics, and early in my career with Honda R&D in engine design. My education includes a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Miami, and a Master's from Oxford Brookes University (UK).
